So today, it was rainy and cooler outside. A big change of pace from what has been going on. I decided to make my seitan spicy Italian sausage. I did the regular a short time ago. I ended up making 55 of them. They are in freezer bags and almost cooled enough to be put away. I also not too long ago started to experiment with vegan summer sausage. I did 6 different ones today. Round one…all three tasted good, round 2 was a whomped up version of the first round and they were sooooo good I named them! Locking those recipes up in the vault! I gave them to my mom. If she spills, I will send the mob to her door! LOL

They would travel ok in the winter months... Stocking stuffer :D
Sounds good havent eaten sausage in sometime... I dont think breakfast ones count :/
