Went to the dentist today in a somewhat decent mood and left feeling frustrated as hell. All my visit entitled was getting x-rays upon x-rays taken and having my gums prodded with sharp shiney object. Long story short they found that the tooth that was slightly broken, which honestly I felt like it could be fixed but what do I know, needs to be either pulled or have a root canal performed on it. Nobody in my city takes my insurance and I will have to pay out of pocket, unless I go out of town to Springfield. I can't afford taking any time off since I start my new job Thursday. The two teeth that needed pulled didn't get pulled at all today and that's after it was mentioned that she could remove both of them at the same time. Then I was told that my two wisdom teeth on the bottom will eventually need to be pulled because they are impacted, but not right now. Now I have an appointment for next month on the 11th for a teeth cleaning, which honestly could've been held off until after my two wisdom teeth were removed. I am absolutely frustrated right now. I think after two visits I'm going to look elsewhere.
Today's the day I go to the dentist and I am nervous as hell. I know I'll be ok but I'm still nervous.

You got this.
Indeed I know I do! I just can't wait to get the interview done and over with
If you are nervous then just picture the interviewer naked or dead.
That doesn't work for me.
So I've been taking job readiness classes to get back to work since June 5th and today I went to my second class. I have to go the first and third Monday of the month so I can keep my healthcare. Little did I know that showing up today, I would have to take the class that I took the first time around all over again. *facepalm*

Do you have to pay for it again?
Thankfully I don't have to pay for any of the classes.
Today has been absolutely frustrating. All day today my mother has went out of her way to derail Father's Day for my father. We originally decided to have Father's Day lunch at KFC (my dad loves fried chicken) and once we got there she claimed that it was so crowded inside, when there was a handful of people inside. We ended up going to Hardee's because that's obviously what she wanted. We went shopping at all of the stores she wanted to go, over what stores my dad wanted to go. The only mutual thing that happened was going to my grandma's to visit with my brother, his girlfriend, and getting baby time with my niece, Isabella who turned 2 months old today. Then for dinner my dad wanted to have a fire to roast hotdogs and marshmallows and burn the sticks that need to be burned and once again my mother derailed that because she wanted to make corn dogs.
I honestly get that today marked the second year my mother cannot celebrate Father's Day with grandpa, but it really sucks she has to ruin it for my father who's alive and well. It's like she hijacked it and made it all about her. My dad, bless his heart, tried to make the best of out of the situation went along with it. I can only hope next year is better.

Your father sounds like a great man, as for your mother she may just be lost. I'm sure she will find her way back soon :)
I think she is a bit lost, I know she really didn't really mean it.
Never too late to kill your mother, remember that.
Wow I haven't posted in here for over a month. I promise I'm somewhat still alive, I've just been super busy outside the site. LOL I've been going to job readiness classes to help get back to working. It's been almost 2 years since I was last employed. O.O I'm so ready to be working again and earning that cash. Then in two weeks I have my dentist appointment to have one of two wisdom teeth removed. I am definitely not looking forward to that! Well I just wanted to provide an update so friends know I'm still here. ^_^

If you get into a jam, you may consider getting a Care Credit Green Card. Practically everyone accepts it and you can spread your payments out over time. I had to have an apicoectomy (the one they do if the root canal fails). They wanted to be paid up front also.
Another nice benefit is that you can use it at the vet clinic, the eye doctor, and other medical type places.
