The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Just finished up watching Season 8 episode one of Doctor Who a few moments ago. I must say Peter Capaldi is my new favorite doctor. I was very impressed with his ability to pull the doctor off and he does it perfectly. That's all I will say about this considering there might be people who haven't watched the show yet and I don't want to give out any...Spoilers! :)

VenusFire is gonna beat me! I challenged her to do the ALS ice bucket challenge! LOL

Today has been a great day! I was challenged by a friend of mine to do the ALS ice bucket challenge and I am happy to say that I have successfully completed that challenge. If I get around to it and figure out how to do so, I will post the video in my journal :)



Moments after I issued the challenge, one of my nominees that I nominated to complete my challenge, decided to be a complete sour puss and wuss out. She claimed the reason being she was getting custody of her husband's child and they didn't have child support money and they were broke. Funny how she has money to pay for expensive exercise equipment, a brand new bow, several books for her book blog, and expensive handbags, but she couldn't make time to do a simple challenge. All she had to do was dump a bucket of ice water on her head (I used a soup pan since I didn't have a bucket lol) donations are optional but are encouraged.

It feels like my childhood has crashed and burned today. I grew up watching Robin Williams by watching the Mork and Mindy reruns with my mother. It was a very good quality show compared to the trash that's on TV anymore. I fell in love with the different movies that he was in, such as Mrs. Doubtfire, Jumanji, Hook, Aladdin, and Man of The Year. Those are my top 5 favorite. He will be forever missed. :(

Yesterday was an absolutely great day. I won $15 in Amazon gift cards from Crowdtap! I bought "The Crow" blu ray to replace the one that my stupid ex boyfriend decided not to give back after we broke up. I also managed to start my Christmas shopping early and bought my dad a John Wayne DVD which had 4 movies that he doesn't have. My dad is a huge John Wayne fan! LOL I got a great start on Christmas so far and should be done by next month if I win more gift cards from Crowdtap.

Now that I finally figured out coding, now I'm going to figure out how to change the font style.

Yay, I wish I knew how to do all that. Looks good none the less! I tried to do HTML for 2 hours I ended up in tears and gave up...

That's how I was when I first started, but then I kept at it and kept at it and things started really making sense. Just keep going at it and it will come together! :)
