I had a terrible night last night. I guess it was that I was too stressed and was thinking too much. I heard that such thing is called a night terror. I woke up in the middle of the night paralyzed and scared to death, felt like something was pulling me back as I was fighting to gain control of my body I felt like whatever it was was trying to kill me. You can't say anything or scream for help I've tried to and nothing came out. I snapped out of it and curled up in a ball on my bed frightened to go back to sleep. I haven't had a night terror in months...it frightened me:/ does anyone know how to get rid of night terrors? ide like to get some good sleep in but I'm scared of having a night terror :/ does anyone know how night terrors start like what triggers them? I've been wondering for years please help much appreciated.

today was just one of those stressful days. I just want to curl up in a ball on my bed and give up completely.... but I can't just give up....I have to keep fighting. Finding a house to live in for cheap let alone is a neverending battle.....times running short. My sisters pregnancy on my mind.....I want the baby to be healthy at least this time.....and other than that I'm confused with myself and what I want.....I don't know who I am anymore....having for three years. I wish everything could get easier....just a little is all I ask. End of my rant. :/

I can think of three things that might help you out an sleep better. Get yourself a dream catcher hang it above your bed second is you might want to meditate for 1 hour then thirdly drink a glass of warm milk.
