I thought I would share my Obeah dreams with you.2 people I know have blue auras.I figured out it was Obeah as the father of lights in the bible from the book of James.In a dream I had been the priestess of the mormon temple and had told the mormons to think of their ancestors as I raised Obeah as a demon and he scared them when the fire pit had not been full of animal bones for necromanmance.He asked "where is my sacrifice.Over the past 6 years I have lost 6 cats.But I have connected it to the poem the grateful dead.Last night I dreamnt 2 dreams.The summery is I was in a hotel with 2 rooms with Scooter as H.P Baxxter and I had sex with him and was feeling guilty because my realationship had just ened with Frankie Bones.I had left my latex in the other room and that I had worn for Frank as my vision as the Devil's Mistress.I used my cell phone to call Scooter,but he was preforming and left a message.The second dream was I was at my old condo and sick in bed ,my ex best friend Violet came in and Scooter was living with me and I told her that's Scooter and she cried out in joy Scooter! I have nightly dreams that often lead me to scriptures in the bible.I thought I would share some of my thoughts with you



OCT 5 2011





Last night I had a dream it led me to rev 7 17 .I was crying while I was typing to a friend talking about what I've went through pain and suffering and what I've become and the disastors that others have went through during this time period of the last 5 years especially but in reality since the begginning of time. Rev 7 talks about the winds being held from destroying the earth by an angel and th...e mark of god's seal being in the saved.It talks of angels around the throne who had their robes washed in trials and tribulations and the blood of the lamb.It goes onto say in 17 "For the lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them,and shall lead them unto living fountains of water: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.I believe this passage was telling me no matter all the pain and suffering as well as disaters on this earth in the end there will be no pain and everything will be provided for .There will be no need to cry because life will become inconcievable and everything will be provided.

I play with linguistics and dreams with totems.Today I was studying the jew fish in relation to a friend's dream I was working on and to summerize the message because of the jew fish's thick skin and the paranormal aspect of the dream I came to realize that a "jew fish forgives everything regarding you, demons are expecting answers regarding everything" It goes to show you the 2 different people in society.One person will brush things off and forgive and then the oppisite will keep going and drag you down which would be the demon. I went to bed confused after reading Numbers 3 verse 40.It talks about the matrix children of isreal, the developers of the land having an inheritance and the Levis having none because they were not inheritants of the land but were still included in God's plan.It talks of them being numbered with names seperatly and only boys.Well 5 years ago when I tuned in.I kept hearing: beautiful disastor you ...were never born".Then my love as a miniture faint ghostly apparition wrote on my window a heart that said beautiful disastor.I think we may have had a spiritual war the past 5 years mostly against woman because woman were not numbered as they did not work the temple, court system which is the matrix and government.I think the past few years have been difficult for woman and woman have been treated badly because they were not numbered and named in the past to be put out for work so they were considerered never born to some living these days.This picture represents what I saw on my window pane but in my subconsious the response.

RED TIGER MOON TEMPAH RAM FAST JOURNAL



























I had a bunch of dreams and visions I figured out and also with the use of tarots on Monday I began a running program of 3 miles a day plus yoga.I needed a fast to go with it and noticed there was a new moon on Tuesday.It was the red tiger moon for fasting.I decided to follow Islam's rules of starting your fast at the cresent moon which was Thursday.I am having problems with a relationship and noticed the Mayo Clinic provided counselling.So I checked out their fad crash diet.Turns out to be a grapefruit diet which is perfect for the red tiger moon because grapefruit comes in Ruby Red.Being a vegan and Gluten free,I did not like the eggs bacon and meat in it.So I am calling this diet the Red Tiger Moon Tempah Ram fast.I replaced the mayo clinics eggs with applesauce and hempseed oil.The butter with olive oil cooking spray.The bacon and meat with tempah and this diet became my own.This fast is in between fasting regulation of 500 to 800 calories being 696 calories aiming for a 10% protien,25%FAT AND 60% CARBS.iT IS TO BE DONE 12 DAYS ON THEN EATING A REGULAR GLUTEN FREE VEGAN DIET FOR 2 DAYS FOR A PERIOD OF 10 WEEKS AND IS SUPPOSE TO BE COMBINED WITH 3 MILE A DAY EXERCISE WITH YOGA 6 DAYS A WEEK.





MONDAY JUNE 18

I wieghed myself Monday and I was 131 pounds!!!It was time to get to the gym.I had been eating gluten free vegan cookies and coconut bliss vegan gluten free icecream in excess.I ran 3 miles in 33 minutes.It was my best time of the whole week because my legs became stiff.I also did a yoga class.









TUESDAY JUNE 19th

I ran another 3 miles and did not do yoga because i was doing dream work and got too busy.I was getting excited for the fast.



Wednesday June 20th



Today I weighed myself and from the running noticed I was 125!i had lost 6 pounds running!!!I ran 3 miles.Went to my doctor and then finished the day off with my last bible doctrine class for 201.Yeah tommorow is the fast.



Thursday June 21st

Yeah it is the crecent moon.It is also aboriginal day.I had thought the first cresent was friday and made a little boboo of eating steakwedge fries for breakfast baked of course no more then 6 grams of fat.But I ended up walking 3 miles to freshco to start my fast and pick up everything.My fast had started and I ran 3 miles.Today I met with my sponsor for narcotics anoyomous.I have not drank or did drugs in almost 2 months.I had a dream and a sign to start working in jails and institutions.



Friday June 22nd

I weighed myself today and I was 120.That's 11 pounds less then when i started monday running the 3 miles.I went to the gym and ran 3 miles.



Saturday June 23rd

I woke up to do some morning yoga.And went for an afternoon 3 mile run.I had to start phoning my sponsor everyday.



Sunday June 24th

I woke up today and after a week I've lost 12 pounds running and fasting and am 119.I went to the eucharist at st.george's anglican church followed by a prybesterian service and tonight i am going to the reformed christian zion church for bible study.



MY FAST



BREAKFAST

1/2 a ruby red grapefruit

2 pieces of tempah bacon fried in one one thousand second of olive oil spray

1/2 a cup homade applesauce

1 tsp hempseed oil







LUNCH

1/2 a plate filled with boston red leaf salad w tomatoes,cucumber,red onion

3 tsp hempseed oil vinagrette recipe below

1/2 a ruby red grapefruit

4 pieces of soya ginger tempah fried in 1 1000 second of olive oil spray







DINNER

1/2 a ruby red grapefruit

1tsp hempseed oil ingested like medicine

Stirfry fried w 1 1000 second of olive oild spray.

using 4 pieces of soy ginger tempah with baby corn

broccoli,zucchinni,red onion and red pepper

















SNACK



1and a half cup almond milk or tomato juice









Recipe for hempseed oil vinagrette Take 1 tsp hempseed oil and 2 tsp balsamic vinagrette and add a pinch of brown sugar.Blend together and toss over salad.



Recipe for applesauce Take 12 apples and peel and core them as well as cut.Put in pot with a cinamon stick and 1 and 1/4 cup water.Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 30 minutes.Finished by mashing them.













Please ask your doctor before you attempt this fast.You may just want to do it for 3 days maybe a week or maybe 2.





Sunday JUNE 24

Today is my day off the gym.I went to an anglican eucharist then I attended a prebysterian sevice followed by a bible study on hell at the christian reformed Zion Church.



Monday June 25



Today I ran 3 miles.My first mile was my best mile I finished it in under 10 minutes.Instead of a steady jog I decided to run 2 laps walk 1 lap.After 13 laps I could not do it anymore and I had to run one lap and walk one with a finishing time of 38 minutes.Not as good as my 33 minute steady jog for 33 laps.My diet is going strong I decided to drink rooibos tea and use some of the almond milk to go with it and have less in the snack.

Tuesday June 26th

Diet is good except I ran out of almond milk and the grocery store had none so I bought fat free soy milk.I ran 33 laps today in 37 minutes with 2 laps running one lap walking up to 13 again cause my legs would not run 2 laps anymore so I had to run one and walk one.But I beat my time yesterday.I stepped on the scale and I am about 118 and a half;I have lost 12 and a half pounds.

I took today off the track and I made my 1 cup of almond milk with a tblsp of cocoa powder no sugar heated.



THURSDAY JUNE 28th

Oh boy what an exciting day,I have a life plan and some miracles happened.Today I was on my way to the library to sign up for a new school course in chemistry which is the 8 of pentacles tarot card starting a new course and what do I see but a tiger swallow butterfly.How cool considering I'm on the tiger moon Tempah Ram fast.Then the day just gets better! As I mentioned in my about me I worked as a an exotic dancer under the name venus affairs.Well we just had Venus in Transit after I figured out the Q subway and the plane from a dream.It was the queens jubilee subway so I attended it with a new zealand plane that led me to doing this training and running the 5 k in September for Cancer on the airport runway.Now if Venus in transit was not cool enough it got better today because crop circles appeared that are venus in transit and look like the 8 of pentacles!!I had a dream after I am now an infinate soul as alien intelligence instead of a trancendentalist.













JUNE 29th

I ran 3 miles at the gym.I also started drinking tomato juice instead of milk.This was all the running I did for the week which was 12 miles.

Just a relaxing Day



July 1st

I went to eucharist in the morning then I went to service.After I headed down to the lake for fire works and went to see jungle cat world to get a picture of a tiger for my journal but they cancelled it for a magician.I was bad I had a slurpee and ate 4 fries.My weight is 118 though.I also road a horse.









JULY 2nd

I stayed home and did not run I had some cleaning to do.



July 3rd

Yeah today I could eat whatever I want .I had some baked fries ,som coconut bliss icecream and some brown rice spinach pasta.With all these carbs I went for a run and now I am running the track 3 miles in 30 minutes!!!That is 3 minutes faster then my best in 2 weeks running.It's 10 minutes a mile.Getting better!
