I am with the school of I am.I have recieved my OM and AUM certificate.Tommorow December 1st Karmapa is starting and I am fasting for 22 days because of the beta line.What is the menu?Not hard at all.Mostly no sugar.22 days starting tommorow
Breakfast All Bran w Skim Milk or Almond Milk
Lunch A fruit or vegtable salad no starches
Dinner Whole wheat pasta or brown rice
Meat or beans or veggie meat may be eaten 3 times a week and as a dressing use an e.f.a
No more then 600 calories
I will be doing yoga and 1 mile a day around the track and I hope you join me.

Dec 12th 1/2 cup allbran with 15 blueberries and a cup unsweetened almond milk
Lunch A salad w radishes carrots baby tomatoes and cucumber celery french low cal dressing have to pick up hempseed oil
Dinner I made a egg free whole wheat pasta soup and had 2 bowls
Allowed a serving of brown pasta or rice a day 24 baby carrots diced 3 celery stalks chopped 1 head of green onion 13 tbls veggie boilion 2 tblsp chili garlic sauce 1 tablsp franks hot sauce half a tblsp pepper 1 third tblsp salt 3 cups ww eggless pasta.boil 12 cups water add everything except pasta then after boiling 20 mins add 3 cups pasta for 8 minutes
Dec 13 Same thing but I ate 3 kiwi fruit
December 14th

Dinner was a tumerick pinapple 3 pepper stirfry in lite coconut milk
This is a 300 cal meal I prepared 1 cup uncooked rice and shared it with my mom.I had no curry so I did it this way.1 each red yellow orange pepper 1 onion chopped.Stirfry 5 minutes.Add can thai light coconut milk,add a can of pineapple tidbet add 1 cup of water and half a cup stewed tomatoes diced.2 pinches cumin salt and pepper to taste 2 cinamon sticks and 3 heaping tblsp of tumeric boil then simmer on 6 for 15 20 minutes cup up green onion stalks and add to top with a green onion as garnish.After allbran you can eat a salad for dinner and that's 600 cals for the day.

Allright! Allright!!I feel good nice and chiper.Day 6th of my Beta fast.I am always in a state of alpha but rarely theatha.My theatha waves are coming out when I meditate.I'll share 2 with you in a trance thinking state I thought.Apple rose or adam rose a religious Psyche.No 2
the waves are streaming in summer and waving vines.
Now on to diet yesterday December 16th I ate the same but snacked on a kiwi and a few multigrain melba toast.

Lunch Brown Rice Pasta...here is the recipe.I love garlic so i over indulged half it if you like a 400 cal meal
