the end of the quarter is coming quick. next week is my last week, what a relief. but until then i am totally stressing over finals. I have no idea what the final will be in my college success class, the teacher wont tell us, but for my intro to fashion class, ugh.....5 fucking research papers on well known designers.



Ive got all the research done, and notes taken from each....i just need to now put them in a paper format and find pictures for each of them as well.



so...main paper:

Rose Bertin gets a fancy corset booklet to go with it. She was Marie Antoinettes designer of you were wondering.



other papers:

John Galliano - has some awesome couture pieces. currently head designer for Christian Dior



Mary Quant- mini skirts and hot pants from the 60s. made popular originally in england.



"Coco" Chanel - mistress to men in the 20s that helped her start her business in fashion. the little black dress made famous, costume jewelry and of course the fragrance Chanel Nol 5



Christian LaCroix- one of my personal favorites when it comes to couture.
