I think very much the same way, but just some things that still "stick out" from what she said...

Communication is tricky. We all hear words differently (filtered through our experiences/knowledge)
Words said in a calm/caring tone feels differently than when spoken in anger or retribution. DUH
What 1 person see's is just that...what THEY see
Doesn't mean...that's "how it is"
Everyone is entitled to their feelings
Everyone is entitled to be heard
There are 2 sides to every story
This is just my .02 cents
Again doesn't mean "it's how it is" just means it's my .02
