I've been spending all 'extra' time working outside, getting much needed "dirt" therapy.
Getting the yard ready for summer....
Set back up the trampoline from being stored for winter...
Cutting the grass...weeding the garden & the perimeter of the yard
Playing in my little pond set up...
Planting my flower arrangements...
Laying outside in the green grass, feeling the wind brush over me, for HOURS
I say it 20 x's / day
Life is what YOU make it
Life is what YOU allow it to be
Life is a choice
Life is precious, to sit and not get out and enjoy the world.
Go for a walk, hike...it's SO therapeutic.
A 6 hour hike/walk in the fresh air,
alone or with company what it will do for
your personal mental health, will blow your mind
You should try it.
Starts with only 5, 10...15 minutes of getting out
Each time will get easier + more rewarding.
This I promise you.
Either you will make excuses, or you will decide it's YOUR time to live
Chose wisely, we're never guaranteed a tomorrow.
