Living with a disability

Most of you only know me from here but i have a disease called Autism and it is like living in two different worlds. I seem to go back into a coma like state but am awake when stressed when i come out of it i might have been like that days, weeks or months. I am told i eat, sit , rock and things but dont respond. Have been on alot of meds but still slip away sometimes. I feel alienated at times from others. Wish there was a cure or at least something that could control it . It is hard to live like this and i see how it affects my family.

If you have free time of exercises, you can do meditation and relaxing exercise....



relaxing exercise will bring you back from dwelling in two worlds to active gross mind state to stay in materialstic world. and meditation will lead you disciplined and will help you balancing the two worlds while active gross in our world.



This age normally kids like dream state.



relacing exercise will help you drop or pluck out stress points and strain points and tiring aches of the body.



meditation of one hour and later relaxing exercise of 15 minutes will refresh you for rest of the day.



meditation will lead you to have still stillness in your living. this still stillness is the abode of meditator and this will help youin removing the psychic illness.

Meditation is one of the better ways for humans to relax. It was first started many millennia ago. This piece will go over some of the practices in detail and will also give an outline of the mental and health benefits that it offers.



1. Relives stress

Meditation helps to relax the mind and calm a person down through stress. Breathing as a part of an exercise does it.



2. Different health benefits

There are a few found cases that said meditation was proven to help in the cure of an illness. A huge study done in 1976 by an Australian psychiatrist Ainslie Meares published an article in the Medical Journal of Australia.



The study did state that a patient with cancer regressed after a few sessions of meditation. Meditation is also said to lower blood pressure and this is very beneficial to a human who is at risk for hypertension and other types of heart related problems.



3. Helps concentration

A person that practices meditation will mean that they focus on a certain object like a candle or something in particular. This will help to make a person抯 concentration even stronger.



4. Accepting Events

Meditation will help to make a person see things for what they are. This is going to help a person reduce their frustrations and not to worry about things that they cannot control.



Anyone that does meditation will see the benefits and they will not feel the need to go on with any type of anger management class.

Emily Breder, who meditates herself, thought it might help her son with Asperger syndrome learn to concentrate. She discovered that it was 1) important to practice meditating yourself, and 2) do it with your child to make it a family experience. Breder recommends using a large circle of color as the main focus in meditation: "Use white, yellow, black, or red paint, preferably oils or watercolor. Red indicates beauty, yellow is energy, black is relaxation, white is peace." Then, after getting used to meditating yourself, start with your child for only a minute or two. Gently remind your child to keep thinking about the color circle. Try to spend this time together everyday to reinforce consistency and focus.

when i was younger i wanted to work with autistic children while i was in my training i became very ill people often want me to return but i cant because my patience will not allow me and i dont do well near children at all sadly to say

It robs my nephew of it everyday of his life. He is 13yrs old now. Its difficult to watch (he's full specrum and has brain damage). THANK YOU for posting this. Thank you for sharing!!! *hugs covie mate*
