the server issue erased this entry, and normally i wouldnt bother rewriting it, but i feel strongly on this topic.



it isnt that i hate wicca or anything. i just feel it is rather incomplete. i am a supreme believer in math, science, arts, philosophy, history, and literature. i think they all have a important piece of the puzzle when it comes to beliefs and belief systems.



wicca really lets be honest here doesnt have any of that in it. it has mostly a bunch of self annointed people who have no background or experience with any of the things i mentioned above.



wicca has for the most part been self created. it cant be traced as far as i have read or heard back any further than the last century. it takes on a lot of beliefs of other cultures, but doesnt have a historical viewpoint its own.



it advertises a bunch of self help miracle spells and lets face it yet again. magic is about the person not the spell. spells are just there to enhance engery within with engery without. you have to actually put effort into making a desire real. no spell is automatically going to make it come true.



most of the spells unleash selfish energy in to world that is already way to selfish. love magic is just plain stupid. you cant win fair heart through a spell. it takes honest love from you. i also think color is more about a feeling. white doesnt equal good. black isnt evil. green isnt nature. if you have selfish intenet, of course harmful energy is going to manifest.

Wicca is a fairly modern branch of a much older belief system - Pagansim, which has been around for centuries.

paganism is just a generic term for "those who worship the hearth", or to describe a non judaic/muslim/christian religion, and or to desrible a polythesic religion of ancient times. it has no inherant belief system of its own.

It's good that you feel able to express how you feel, I'm not into magic in the accepted sense myself.



However, what about people who for whatever reason have no access to the things you mention and obviously hold dear ?



We all work with what we have that is within our understanding.



If it works....that's all that matters.

10 = i know something about you and all your graphics work. it also means your page has a nice layout with a good color scheme.



9 = i know a lil about you and most of your graphics work. it also might mean i had a hard time reading it because of the color scheme.



8 = i know a il about you, but your graphics took 5 hours to load or they didnt work at all.



7 = you are new and dont have much.



thanks. if you want a rerate or something, i guess just email me or whatever, but i rate honestly. i dont bomb, but if you page just sucks...well you know the answer.

it's not really a friend list. it is more of a i need to remember you list or a favorites as you will. it means your profile or comment or thoughts have intrigued me enough to want to go back. which doesnt happen often.

I have to say these people with a bunch of copywrite images but no text in their profile telling me about them really kind of annoy me. the images arent even in a good layout. its confusing. be original.

there is however a very good "howto" on profiles. i think some images when used in conjunction with words is nice. however to just paste a bunch of images or quizzes is rather a bore.

I don't understand how people can be so naive to think chaos magic is a new idea. Obviously, it can't be that new if the greeks were able to name a god after it. It is the stuff of legends that births every being, every object and even every thought. It has a beautiful order that is so easy to see that even the blind perceive its greatness.

wicca is new. if you refer to the traditions of old which are not wicca yes they predate christianity. wicca is a mixed of version of a bunch of forgotten cultures that even the specialist have trouble defining. they forget responsiblity. they think of nothing but themselves.

I really have to say I dislike the terms good and evil. I mean who is to say what is good or evil. How does one judge a good deed? Does it still exist as a good deed if no evil is present?
