You Are 26 Years Old |
![]() 20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences. |
Well, on Monday, I enrolled to go back to college... Arrived at the enrollment office at around 2 and 2 hours and 1300 bucks later, I was done! I enrolled into 5 classes at 3 credit hours each. 2 of my classes are sign language. All of my classes are prerequisits for the Sign Language Interpreting degree program. It's a 2 year degree, but with the prerequisits, it's 2 1/2 years. I'll have to take biology in the summer cause I wasn't about to take 20 credit hours *yeah, biology is 5 credits.*
Any how, I'm excited and nervous at the same time. The first time around, I didn't do so good. But, my mother in law brought up a good point.... I'm married. I'm not out looking for a man now. So, I have a great advantage over lots of the other newbies just starting out in college. So, that puts me at ease a bit.
In order to get into the Sign Language program, I have to keep my grades at a B or above. I didn't do really that bad my first time around, but, 2 of my professors flunked me when I had to go into the hospital for 2 weeks and missed midterms. Hopefully that won't happen this time. I've been very healthy for a while now.
So, in May 2008 (I think?) I'll be graduating with a degree in Sign Language Interpreting. Yay!
