You know I wish there was just a universal application process for employers so that way you could just send everyone the same application..... It is a bit time consuming to be typing the same shit over and over on applications for each job.

As for written applications..... Wtf man get a computer and set one up online. Gas is expensive bitch!

My rant for the day :P

just make copys of your resume and attach them to standard applications and turn them in...you can find em online and it will make it easier to mass produce em for faster results.

So I was suspended yesterday from work because the person that I am training messed up on 3 pieces of paperwork and my assistant messed up a piece of paperwork a day prior to that and I am in trouble..... Fuck ups happen in training, and no one can stop that. We can try to prevent it, BUT it happens every now and then. When I have to train someone and do a million other things I obviously can't give them my undivided attention. So no they are talking about firing me..... That's okay I can get another job pretty quick so and I will get them back.... Revenge is in my nature... I can't help it.

Not to mention, who the fuck fires one person for another persons mistake!?!?!

Dumb asses. If they do keep me I won't stay for long because of this.

That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. They should fire or suspend the new employee not the trainer.

It doesn't sound like a good place to work if they are ass backwards.

It's ridiculous I know. I think they should write her up so she knows there are consequences for messing up like that and hopefully that would set her straight. No need to suspend a new person for a mistake because they are new at the paperwork.

I'm the boss, and I too get blamed when assistants mess up.. but there again, that is only when I don't check their work prior to presenting it to customers..

Each days paperwork takes almost a day to complete *6 hours* I cannot just go and check their 4 days of paperwork after I am done with mine. Everydays paperwork is submitted upon completion to corporate. So when I get in Corporate is already looking at it and sending emails to my bosses saying that it isn't being done right and at that point there just isn't anything I can do.

It takes me 4 hours to complete my paperwork when there aren't any issues because I am fairly fast at it, BUT even if that was the case the things my assistants are messing up I cannot complete so what exactly can I do about it? I sure as hell don't get paid enough to show up on my days off to make sure paperwork is done properly....

Sorry, but if they walk out in the sun and don't become roasted or are in some sort of pain they aren't vampires.... They are people that a pixie banged or shit orrrr both on thus sparkly... Going out into the sun without any painful repercussions just goes against the mythology of vampires.... Sorry, but the sparkly guys in Twilight aren't vampires
