Well finally I am a College student... I enrolled at a near by college and I am starting this Monday coming up. After 6 months to a year I will be transferring to a University for my Bachelors Degree in Fashion.
Wish me luck ^_^
For sometime now I have been trying to find something I wanted to invest in that would grow and make me happy in the future and finally I figured out what I really want to invest in. I have decided to invest in myself and get back in shape. I want to be healthier and be happy with the way I look. I don't much care what other people think of the way I look, but I am pretty harsh on myself. So I am back to working out again to burn off all this fat and get tone. I have been thinking about the best course of action about how to achieve my goal. I have thought about starving myself, purging in one fashion or another *yes there are multiple ways*, and I have thought about surgery. I realize I can do this the old fashion way and just work out for a year or two straight and I will be mostly where I want to be at, but I don't have the patience for that really. Plus I feel that I will be just as dedicated to keeping myself healthy whether I work out forever and a day or one of the other options I listed above. But through common sense and research I have found and known that purging, and starving myself are not healthy and in the end I would be going in the opposite direction I want to go in health standards. Both rob the body of essential nutrients and lead to malnutrition, discoloration of the eyes, possibly cause throat or colon cancer. So I have decided to go with a new type of surgery that has a 0 fatality rate as of yet and is an out patient procedure. I walk in get the procedure and then walk out the same day and rest for 2-4 days and be better. I am talking about smartlipo that destroys fat cells and tones the skin at the same time causing virtually no scaring of the skin. The worst scar I have seen from it was the size of a pin prick and it is substantially safer than the old lipo where they would just shove a vacuum tube in you and suck out the fat and had the potential for infections and a very long and painful recovery. I am planning on the surgery to be within the next two months so I have more time to work out and keep getting my muscles toned.
