blood sugars were way off from high in morning as high as 400 to as low as 57 in the after noon . this afternoon is 290

the norm is from 90-150 before i eat and 135-180 2 hours after i eat

i have always been told by my family that saying just thank you and your welcome is the best way to be. and its so true I have found over and over that by doing so most about 80% of people can not say no . also if you see something say something . does not always work the way we want it to but here is what i have found. if you do not say something it's much much worse for something bad is going to happen. if you say something bad might still happen but you will know that you did your best to stop it all together. we all live in this world and if we all just take the time in our day to say to one person a day you matter as in they matter that will go a long way and just maybe you not change just that one person life but you hit on something that might just change the whole world.
