I love to travel, and I have had the best time this summer. Although I do wish I had gotten up to tammy and tom's earlier.. traveling on a greyhound is the worst idea I ever had. But was totally worth it. I had a blast. The jet ski is by far my favorite thing to do. but i also enjoyed just sitting on the swing..Only drawback other than the bus ride, we had a sudden cold snap while I was there. I was coughing, tom was coughing. wasnt fun to be sick. but I thought i would feel better once i got home. I did for a while,



This weekend went to the smokey mountains with my mom and daughter Amanda and sister Sandy. Was a hilarious trip and I didnt have to throw my mom out of the car. but got sick while i was there too. couldnt breathe or walk very far but i did walk. the neatest thing was the titanic museaum and the christmas inn we stayed at. got a few souvenirs and took pictures of the mountains. I love the smokies but michigan is so much prettier I think.



before I left this weekend, i had a very good doctor's appt. everything was clear, my lungs were clear, cholestrol down, good cholestrol was up, blood pressure normal and my thyroid was almost within normal range. just goes to show you that things can turn for the worse quick. so she put me on three more medicines. she puts me on any more medicine and i swear i quit! . taking all that cannot be good for a person. but will take it until the lung and ear infection clear up. had a killer of a sinus headache but glad to say its finally easing up... next time i write i promise i will be more cheerful! lol

i tried to put up a new layout and for some reason you can no longer use a myspace layout or a background. are they no longer allowed on vr or what?

The anniversary of 9/ 11 is tomorrow. Looking back on the events of the last ten years, i wonder if we really accomplished anything. Yup, osama bin laden is dead and saddam hussein. But, i have said it before, doesnt matter if they are killed. there are others that will take their place. I dont think terriorism is going to go away. no matter how many troops we send in. bring the guys and gals home. let nine eleven take its place in history. never forget. but bring the troops home. let the middle east take care of their problems. they are never going to change. and its not our place or our right to change them. remember 9/11. give the dead the peace and dignity they deserve.

Finally made it up to Michigan to visit Tammy and her husband Tom. I learned a few new tricks, learned how to ride a quad 4 and get it up to second gear lol and my all time favorite, the jet ski!



its been an interesting and fun time here. im relaxing and trying not to be too annoying. lol wish I could stay longer, but will be going home wednesday..bummer...will write about the trip more when I can.....:)
