My Oldest son just put a set of earphones on me so I could hear a song he likes, it was too load. Does this mean I'm getting old???

Today was normal til Fedex turned up. Doug my love of a roommate sent me Chocolate covered strawberrys from Shari's Birries. For the first time ever I got a valentine's day surpise. I have never in my life gotten a sweeter gift.

Today was about the same as always . Got up took Doug to work came home and kicked the boys out. After a shower I headed out to do our food shoping (weeeee big fun), well as I got my foot out the door I heard a cat screaming. I droped everything I had in my arms, and headed for the noise. I got around the end of our trailer and there under another trailer was a tiny screaming kitten. I watched it try to get near the wild cats, but the male grabed it under the neck. I guess I don't think just act cause the next second the baby was in my hands. I took it in and feed it then headed for the SPCA (pound), I also locked my keys in the house but thats another story. The lady at the pound said they would be able to find it a home. I did cry on the way out, but my cats would have killed it (one had tried already).



Well now I have a killer headache so I'll shut-up for now.

Today on the way home from dropping Doug at work I stoped to get my coffee. At the gas station All the morning regulars greeted me with the normal hi hons, sweeties, doll, and babys. There is an older gentleman that even gets my coffee for me. I've always loved the south and small towns for just that reason. People are so nice even if they just know you from the local gas station.





On the way out there was the most perfect sunrise, what a great start to the day.

I'm sitting here at the computer and my oldest kiddo just walks up and gives me a killer grilled ham and cheese. I think he's sucking up for the trouble this week at school. He made both Doug and I food todday.



I love my boys so much, even when they mess up with school, they are great kids. Both of my kids cook for themselves, and us if we want them to. They have gotten where they both do all their chores around the house without me having to yell. The thing I love the most is at 15 and 11 they still want to be tucked in and kissed goodnight. It means alot that my kids love me and still want me around, some kids their age don't want any thing to do with their parents.





Now I miss my stepdaughter so much, but she'll be calling soon. I wish we lived closer to her and her dad my boys miss him alot too.

Well I'm up.



Yesterday was a very long day. I went to my roomie's moms to play with her dog and visit some. While there I got a call from my kids school, the oldest was in trouble again. He had done something dumb and got 2 days suspension. Good thing I was where I was, Dougs mom is great for making me feel better.



Now I have to go to school in awhile and see just how bad things are for my brat. His slip from yesterday said that if he gets in ANY more trouble he's out for the year. The worst part is he just does alot of small stuff, nothing really bad. I hate going to the school (any school), I feel like I'm the one in trouble.

It's about 6:30am and I've had a full day already. I got up with my roomie around 5am. Took him to work and am back at home fighting with my brat boys. My kids do nothing but bitch in the morning.



My roommate came home at lunch yesterday, he had found out his drivers license was expired. He tryed to get a new one but he needs his birth certficate, which he does not have. He called about getting a birth certficate but he needs his drivers license to get it. His mother is going to have to send for the birth certficate, but till it gets here I have to get up and take him to work every morning.



I used to stay up all night and sleep all day. Funny how life gets all turned around.
