Healing A Broken Heart

Hmm i'd thought i'd put this one in here as i used this to help move on from someone i loved..
Love fucking hurts =[ But to be honest without these feelings we wouldn't be able to feel true hapiness. Time does heal your heart.. eventually but it can work a little faster when i use Witchcraft.

You will need:
+ A White or Red Candle/Alternatively a Quartz Crystal
+ Peace Incense.
+ Paper and a Pen
+ A Love Amulet
+ A Fireproof Bowl

First of all you will need to take a bath this will rinse your grief away and power you up.
Cast a circle however you please, and Meditate to clear your mind.
Light your Candles and Incense now, and if you use a Quartz Crystal instead of a Candle, hold it in your dominant hand and conjure your inner fire, See the Crystal glowing with light.
Using the Candles they will burn away your Sadness, and by using the Incense; it will Cleanse and Rejuvenate your droopy arura.
Pass the Candle or Crystal around your body, imagining the light burning away your sadness, you can repeat this as many times as you like, and breathe in the Incense, feel warm and comforted.
Raise energy, for this it is good to concentrate on your breathe and heartbeat while moving your dominant hand around your heart, physically touching the spot.
After let your emotions well up inside of you. Then let it out. Have a good cry, laugh, whatever just release it, all of it. Now visualise your emotions as a fine mist in front of you. Pull this energy into a sphere, and direct this sphere down onto paper.
Now hold the paper with your name on over your heart, and say a little prayer for Healing and Peace. Light the corner of the paper and put into the bowl and let it burn, then tuck the ashes away somehwere private.
Bless your Love Amulet and smear some of the ashes on the back of the Amulet [the side you wear against your chest], and wear this until your heart heals.
I've only used this spell once, and for me it worked. I felt much happier and i felt that i could move on with my life after.
