Just got my Windows 7 running computer back. Didn't take as long as I though, but it is glitching like hell while I am trying to put my stuff back onto it.
My flash drive is password protected, so it cannot load the operating system off of it (which would allow me to enter the password) and therefore it is inaccessible. I may have to buy a second of the same type to put the software on my CP just to be able to get to all of my old files.
It erased my network provider User ID and password, and for some reason my username (I know it is accurate because it is on my bill) and my password (I know it is right too because I had the electronic tech expert reset it and I wrote it down) are both coming up as invalid when I try to enter it into the damn connect access hub.
I am sick of it already. I cannot get my wireless router to run; I cannot hook-up to my ethernet cable (as it says unverified and logs me out). It is driving me silly. It thinks my land line is a public access point! How stupid can a computer get? My NoScript is back to blocking stupid things I need (as it was erased and has to be re-added for each thing I want). Half of my websites won't even load and when they do it is seriously slow.
I am probably about to get booted again. My computer won't allow access to an Unknown connection for more than a minute at a time. Could be worse: I might not even have that!
