The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

i went over to my dads house yesterday from his own request, what for you might ask, do build a D&D character. now most people on here might not play it, hell most might not have even heard of it until now but for those that do you would know how long it takes to make a character. now imagine making a level 16 with 220 thousand extra gold to use and it need to be done by the next day. such a task usually means either its done fast with a build you use a lot, or you get no sleep and i got the latter option so i need a nap!
