One couldn't help but feel excitement and anxiety course through them looking at her. Standing in the doorway with one other but for such a sight she could be standing at the entrance to the universe bathed in its light but making it seem pitiful in comparison. A solitary being of power and confidence with a gravity undeniable to whomever she aimed it toward. She was injured but still standing with pride to only attract further and pull me in faster. Her hair a mixture of raven black and that of the richest earth from the light cascading down a few strands hiding what they can of her face with eyes that matched her hair save the endless depths behind them that could only come from a life such as hers.

I could have been lost there looking at her for years and never notice the passage of time but she wouldn't wait another moment. I couldn't think of anything but to put what I held down to get to her quicker but she stopped me midway her presence gaining infinite layers now being close enough to press against her and unable to stop myself from such no matter how little. At that time I see her smile after finally drawing my eyes from hers it showing a gentle impatience like a child that was being handed its favorite toy. She spoke but I didn't register it, only its warmth pulling me in further as my lips moved closer to meet with hers.

Many say that a kiss is many different things and while they all might be right I didn't care at that moment. All I could think of was the feel like the softest of breezes against my lips that seemed to stay for an eternity inside of those mere seconds. Her scent in it entrancing as watching lightning dance across a moonless night to mingle with another bolt in its path and light up the sky as they tangled in each other. An indescribable sensation of getting something I waited countless seconds for which each seemed like years now with each being more worth the wait then the last.

As our lips started to part I knew what it felt like to have one's being melt in a single moment only to come back to have it happen again in the next. I don't remember how much I was smiling as all I knew was I wanted to relive that moment for the rest of my life. Before I could think of anything else my eyes were lost in hers again an I could feel myself blush looking at her. So much love had been given in that single kiss that I don't think anyone could explain it in their life time even an immortal one.

All I wanted was more, a physical ache for it that continues now, and by the smile she had now it was the same for her and I knew that moment would be nothing compared to what was about to happen.....
