THE ABYSS



Tossed into the abyss

The sweet flowing river of nothingness

I see the swift passage of my life

Erupt into chaos and total annihilation.

And i am lost...

My heart's full of despair and darkness

As soundless voices screech through my soul,

As wordless accusations haunt me.

Still, I descend into unjielding desolation

As a bittersweet eternity devours me

My sleep shall be that of death,

And as new found torments wake me,

I shall arise to dancing flames of red and gold,

A wicked man's pleasure,

A penance to God.
