The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Just realized I've pretty much entirely ignored my journal this month. I guess I haven't had much of anything to write about.



Everything is fabulous in the world of FM. I've been staying busy, doing a lot of traveling, and looking for a new job. Yes I said new job. I quit my old one when I realized it was doing more damage to my psyche than the paycheck was worth. I'm currently on with an agency but, that hasn't turned out as well as I hoped. Put some applications in with various hospitals in the area and I'll start making their phones ring next week. Nothing wrong with showing a little initiative.



Let's see...travel... Been back and forth to New Jersey twice for family stuff. Spent a weekend in Pennsylvania for Celtic Fling. Exposed Scott to the fun that is the PA Ren Faire grounds. He loved it. He even bought himself a kilt. My sexy Scotsman. Damn the man has good legs. *swoon*



We just returned from ten days down south. Spent some time in St. Mary's Georgia so I could meet Scott's mom and step-dad. Fantastic people and even though he didn't spend much time with them when he was a kid I can see where his loving nature and personality comes from...that and his ability to drink. ;)



Took a little side trip to Tampa to visit the folks there. Always a good time. Played with the kids, went to the Castle in Ybor. Love that place. Love it enough we've made the decision to move to St. Petersburg next year. Yay to no more snow! I know it's hot as hell in the summer. I just have had enough with winter. 28 years in Alaska will cure you of your craving for snow...trust me.



Other than that I've just been cleaning up around the house. Organizing and finding homes for things. Basically trying to find anything to do so I don't go stir crazy. I think this is proof positive I'd never make it as a house wife. I NEED to work.



So, yeah, I'm still alive and kicking. Loving life and soaking it up. Just waiting to move on to the next step and enjoying the journey to get there. Did I mention the next step? No? Oh yeah...this guy I keep babbling about, the uber sexy Scotsman. I've found the love of my life. So next step, engagement and wedding. Holy crap I'm gonna be a Mrs.!



Yeah, life is good. :)
