I see him standing in the shadows. He looks so familiar but he can’t be real, can he? I rub my eyes to make sure I’m not seeing things. He is so gorgeous! There he stands tall looking very handsome with eyes the most beautiful shade of green and his hair is long and dark. He is the same man from my dreams. I start to walk over to him but something is telling me to run. Should I? I decide that I’m just being silly and continue over to him. As I get closer I make eye contact with him and he smiles. He takes my breath away with that beautiful smile. Finally I get to this beautiful creature and I introduce myself then he smiles again and tells me his name. We continue to talk and I become more drawn to him. I find myself wanting even longing for him. There is something strange though and it becomes clear there is something special about him and it frightens me a little. I decide that it is time for me to leave and I turn to go. He grabs me from behind and pulls me towards him. He wraps his arm around my waste and I melt. He is so muscular yet so gentle like he is trying not to hurt me. As I am up against his body I realize he is so cold but it is hot out here tonight. Suddenly it hits me what he is but can he really be? I know I should be trying to fight him off and run away but there is a part of me that wants this to happen. He pulls my hair over to reveal my neck. I long for him now but I freeze and quit breathing when I feel his breath on my skin. He softly kisses my neck and I melt some more. Does this beautiful man really want me? Suddenly there is pain where that soft kiss was and I feel his teeth and fangs sink into my skin. He is very sensual as he begins to drink what he had been longing for; it is like the most loving kiss anyone could get. I did not think the pain could be worse but as he is draining my body he releases his venom. There is now a burning in my neck but I cannot move nor do I want to and he continues to drink a little more. I have never had this much pain but I do not want it to end. He releases my neck and I feel the blood trickle down my skin. I am so light headed from the pain and the loss of blood that I feel myself passing out. He whispers in my ear “you are mine forever” then picks me up and I smile because I know that he is now my vampire. I lay my head on his chest as he carries me off to my new life and everything goes black.
