Its weird how there is no scientific fact saying we NEED water. So we don't really need to drink 8 ounces. They tell us to just drink when we are thirsty. Interesting..

Water cleans out toxins and keeps you from getting dehydrated.

ill agree with the above statement there is no proof other then word of mouth, even for dehydration and the likes, perhaps we dehydrate because we believe we do.Due to being told if we dont drink enough water we will, I personally have issues drinking water the meer attempt to swallow water makes me gag so i rarely drink water itself Ill drink things made with water like koolaid or tea's but water itself makes me want to vomit
