THanks, I am in no way shape of form interested in Underworld, for one lol I can't afford the movies, and for two, I never liked Underworld movies. Thanks for the wikipedia suggestion, I forgot about them. I hope this has taken the Underworld aspect out lol

Hey everyone, I'm doing some research for a friend on lycons/lycans/were-wolves. If anyone has some good info or websites that you wouldn't mind sharing, I'd greatly appreciate it.
We are looking for information about the actual culture, not a whole lot of myth, but I figure some myth and history is needed.
This is a sad thing that the group one is in makes a member skirt around their desire to be entertained.
Kind of irrelevant--but what happened to doing research yourself? Why do many feel the need to ask strangers for informative websites when Google is right around the corner?
Typing "lycans/werewolves" into the little search field in Google is less effort than that lengthy question anyway.

I hear so many claim to know the "Unknown".
Presenting it as Mysterious, then in the same conversation declare that they have a power within that. Odd? Yes very.
Then there are those who make a general claim one with a basic
Digest Format "Super Natural experience/ability followed by that is what I claim personally to know.. Upon simple offered explainations for non- super natural possibilities, the once basic story is expounded on. Then present as, "explain that" .
The narrative usually fails at any attempt to inquire about the supposed experience.
I know when people see things they cannot explain, I can also tell when they want it to be something explainable through non supernatural explainations, yet pressing believers... As mysterious as they claim to be.. Will muck any thing out side of their " anything is possible" errr now I know a young lady who insist she has to move because of "activity"in her house.
lack of understanding is all that is dabbler, those with "higher knowledge" may seem mystical to a lesser group.....for example if you were back in say 1600s time and someone drowned in a lake , they brought the body out and you knew how to do cpr and revive them it would seem like witchcraft to the villagers who would then proceed to try and convict you of bringing the dead back to life....its all perspective same goes for just about everything that is not understood with a few rare exceptions of course.
