J. Beiber? I hear the name, but haven't a clue who he is except some rich boy band type.

But True Blood is great social commentary and darned entertaining.

Something to Mediation

There is something about meditation.. aside from all the spiritual/religious connotations attached. I suffer Sleep Apnea which is like the worst cause of insomnia, the most rest I get is when I "meditate". Now when I get to a certain point, I catch brief lucid dreams, could this be what spiritual people call affirmations.. or signs?

Is there an opposite to lucid dreaming? Because that would be what I have.

I'll have to try your meditating method to see if I sleep better. I seriously lack focus though. =/
