Want a Mentor? Read on!

I'm starting up a mentorship in a few minutes called Ipsa scientia potestas est. Translated, it means "knowledge itself is power".

It'll be about how to get along on here, from just joining to older members. How up your level, make friends, design profiles for premmie and non- premmie members in an easy and simple way, do's and don't of VR. General stuff. It's also a place to come if you have a problem. On here or at home, I'll offer any advice and guidance I can. :)

So, if you like the sound of it, and are below level 80, message me. :) I'll be picking people too, I just wanted to know if anyone would be interested in joining after reading this. :)

After saying to Angelus that I'd like to hear him reading a story (as that accent is just rockin') I got not one, but two stories to listen to. Both are awesome. :)

And Ian sent me a get well card. :) It's got an obscenely cute kitten on it with " Sorry you're pawly" heh. :) And I opened it, to find a HIM heartagram patch :D I gotta get pawly more often, methinks. ;)

He also told me the next time HIM are playing in our area, we're going. I don't have a choice. :) I just hope he knows I'll be squeeing with the best of 'em there...........and to NOT get backstage passes..............Ville and I need to have words about that heartagram ink I got on my stomach, he at LEAST owes me a big hug and smooch for how much it hurt. Heh. :)

Now, off to carry on with that story I'm writing. I might post a bit up in here later. :)

So, as I have to be stuck inside for five whole days, to make sure I don't infect anyone else; the computer is now my new best friend. :)

I'm thinking of trying to write again. I used to do it all the time when I was younger. I must have hundreds of stories stored on my old pc's. I wish I could go and power 'em up, shove 'em on a memory card and onto this laptop to inspire me again, and maybe make some better or more detailed.

The only stories I done in the past five years are about three or four slash stories. And while that's all well and good, I want to get back to in depth story writing again. I miss it. I miss seeing the words appear on the screen, faster and faster as my ideas take shape.

I have a plan on how to visualize the start of a new story. It involves using the Sims 3. Yep. My theory is, if I can SEE my characters there infront of me, in 3D, interacting with each other, then I'll be able to get some inspiration from it, and be able to know them better, when I'm writing.

So...........essentially.............I'm buggering off to go play video games. Hey, don't argue with my skewed logic. It works for me! :)

GAH! what is with the heat????? I live in England for fucks sake! The land of rain!

Ian (my lovely sexy six foot tall boyfriend) has the day off tomorrow. I wish he could come over. I doubt it though. It costs him alot in fuel, and I'd gladly pay for it. We NEED to live closer together. When he goes to uni in september, we will. Hopefully.

Now, I have to try and get to sleep in this heat.

Nini VR! I'll respond to all messages I've been sent tomorrow. :) I think. If I don't melt. Kill me now. Please?
