So today I'm working on something new... and it is so boring... but it has to be done before I leave today.

It's called a Punch List. Those of you that have every worked in construction may know what it is. And yes I work in a construction office. lol. Hopefully will for the rest of my life. Civil engineering is pretty much the same as Construction, just slight differences. It's more perticular.

oooooowww the white stuff is probably the scarring, my mum had her throat lasered and she had to eat crisps to take the scars off

I'm in so much pain from the surgery. The pain meds make me dizzy. But it's worth it because then I'm able to eat.

Though all I can eat as of right now is Broth, Eggs, Soup (in small amounts), Mashed Potatoes (in small amounts), and Ice Pops.

I have a few stitches on one side. I coughed quite a bit yesterday and I popped some of them. It tickles kinda.

I tried having ice cream last night and it wasn't that smart of an idea. but it's ok.

I'm at least able to eat some things.

Surgery from your tonsils? Were they that bad? =(

I had mine removed when I was 7. They were THAT bad.

I may or may not be on for the next few days. Depends on my energy level. Pain killers tend to make me sleepie. I go into surgery at 9:45(EST), have to be there at 8:45. I should be coming home around noon latest. If you have my number feel free to text me, though i may not answer. If you need anything ask any of the admins of my coven, they know how to reach me if it concerns me.

I feel so fat. I went the the doctors today. and in a matter of a year.... I've gained 15 lbs.

I really hate my body right now.

I'm glad that I'm getting my tonsils out tomorrow. I won't be getting sick any more. Which will give me more energy. Which means I can exercise again. Plus my tummy will shrink from not being able to eat much. So I'll be down to my 6 small meals a day and being able to take a long walk every night.

I plan on losing at least 10 lbs by christmas time.

just be thankful that what happened to me didn't happen to you.

I gained 100 in a year! I was devastated.

I recently joined Weight Watchers, and in 7 weeks, i have lost 10.8 pounds, but before I joined I lost 40 on my own. =)

So I get my tonsils out the 18th of this month now....

I stayed home sick again today. My throat is all raw and red. At least it will all be over sooner then later.

To those that I've been moody to... or more "touchy" with lately....

I'm sorry

I just figured out why I was so moody and why I didn't get my period for such a long time....

It's all tied together I promise.

I have a harmon imbalance and my last birth control was from a bad batch. Meaning, I didn't have enough harmons in my body to be "normal".

But I finally am back to "normal" when it comes to my harmons.

So I'm getting my tonsils out. Pre-op is on the 13th of next month and then July 16th I get them out. Now that the date is set... I'm nervous.... this will be my first "major" surgery.

I've only ever gotten surgery done on my mouth at a dentists office. Wisdom teeth and pulling a tooth that was stuck in my sinus cavity slowly down.

Nothing that required me to go into the hospital...

Don't worry about it. Dr's know what they are doing and you're having a very routine surgery. Good luck!

I have not had my tonsils out but I have had 2 "major" surgeries and Idiosyncrasy is correct - the Doctors know what they are doing. You will be fine - it will be over before you know it! I think the worst part is the anticipation. And just think............all the Ice Cream you can eat!! (at least that is what I hear)

Monday at 9:45 am I go to the Doctors. We are going to decide when I'm getting my tonsils out. I have strep yet again, so it will be nice to finally get them out!
