The fun part is studying the different benefits of each one and mixing it in a way that works for you as well as a way the taste best so have fun and live sharp, live long.
I add extra citrus from time to time. If you have health problems and take meds ask a medical professional if its cool. Some of these herbs, spices, fungi and fruits may affect your medication such as blood thinners especially if you add apple cider vinegar. Many of the ingredients have been known to give people equilibrium. In Mediterranean religion, a few have been known to help a person draw on the energy of the universe to help the chakras and promote sharpness. Not to mention the alkalizing detox property that aids in fitting toxicity and harmful radical in the body that promote cancer and other bad mental and physical diseases.
Sometimes Ill add some aloe vera plant. Keep your ingredients properly fresh and get some jars. For more protein add extra mushrooms and moringa leaf.
I suggest learning to check your body's PH level.
Too much of anything can be bad for you. I drink one cup about once a day but its hard to gauge since your finding your own mix. So be smart and figure it out. Many benefits are not scientifically proven do to corporate America. Yet through the ages, people have been using them so there might be something there you think.
