I've been a vegetarian for two years before, astounded how fellow 'vegetarians' would eat meat in gummis and a lot of things they weren't aware was actually meat.. like ramen is actual chicken powder. Yet, these self-claimed vegetarians would say it.



Recently, a self-claimed pescetarian at my brother's wedding was eating freaking pulled pork.



Popcorn with cheese is vegetarian.. It's not vegan though, if that's what a whack job has said.

Yes, it's vegetarian if you eat dairy. Some do not and then there are Vegans but that's distinctly different because it involves more than just what one eats.



I wouldn't call it a meal though, more like a snack.

The 75th Anniversary of the Myrtle Beach Bikefest!

I used to love this week. The constant drone of Harley engines vibrating the earth all the way down the the ocean's edge. The thick, oil scent of the burn out pit at Suck, Bang, Blow. The $500.00 a night I would make working a beer tub in the Inlet. And most of all, sucking down an ice cold Corona at 4am when it was time to call it a night, then, catch 3 hours sleep, stock that tub, and do it all over again!

But tonight, I'm happy to be on my dock, the Harleys humming in the background, my beer tub is a couple shots of Crystal Head, and my puppy dog is asleep on my feet. Change is good. Life is perfect! At least for this moment.
