was working out...felt good....hurt in all the rite ways then i go infront of the mirror and i like my stomach not concave the i turn to the side and im disgusted :c
once again another successfully meatless day yesterday consumed tho a whopping 1303 calories :(
but it was all in "good food" and safe food so not all bad went to gym for first time.....did bleachers HOLY SHIT SCARY.!!!!- cardio some resistance....
today felt bad about breakfast a waffle and syrup :(
