People come into your life for a reason. They are either a blessing or a lesson. Each one of them has a purpose. Each one of YOU has a purpose. Every person can greatly impact someone else either negatively or positively, however, the only person you are truely on contol of is you. You can guide people, and influence them, because humans are followers. Set a good example. In the end people make their own choices. In YOUR life, if you don't like something change it. Better yourself in any way you see fit. Always be confident, because confidence builds strength

Black Lives Matter

15:06 May 14 2015
Times Read: 431

Given the riots in Baltimore Maryland recently, and police brutality going on in the united states, many people are stating the point black lives matter.

That is true, and although many victims of police brutality are black, the phrase should be changed to human lives matter. The issue is much bigger.

Racism is stupid. Nobody should be considered inferior based on their skin color. The reasons skin tones are different is 1) the origin aof the person and 2) the amount of specific melanin contained in skin. Throughout history, blacks, whites, etc. Were viewed as infierier due to something they could not control. But the truth of the matter is.. whether someone is black white Hispanic Asian etc we are all one race-human.

Racism can end, because it is taught from a young age.. babies are not born prefering one skin tone over another so don't teach them to.

That's the problem, all lives matter and folks always seem to device the lines because of their own insecurities. I mean our country was founded on everyone was created equal however, we had slavery and oppression of every one who they did not feel fit the normal mold of what an American was.

Giant hypo rates if you ask me. The French had the same idea during their revolution and they actually achieved it for the first few years till the rise of napoleon who reversed every thing that was put into place so they ended up right back where they started. It's a shame.

The color of someone skin should never matter.

We all bleed the same color.

We all have the same set of feelings.

We all hurt in the same way.

We all have the same insides.

So why should the color of our skin matter?

We all look different on the outside, but we all are the same on the insides.

We all have the same bones.

We all have a heart.

We all have a brain, we all should use our brains in a good way, and then use our hearts in a positive way.

Instead of hurting others because they look a little different, or skin color.

I am a white person that lives in an area of all color people, and feel much safer then I do living in an area with all white people.

Something to think about.

Hello. I decided to wipe my journal and start fresh at least in my personal entries. I wanted a fresh start with those and now in my personal entries I'm going to post mostly things about my views on topics rather than my personal life.

The way I see it is that if any of you really wanted to know me you would send me a message. Therefore, opinions on specific things will be posted here so I can put then somewhere.

I hope all of you have a great day (:

words do hurt

15:33 May 12 2015
Times Read: 455

Have you ever heard the phrases which go along with the idea that as long as you believe in yourself nobody else's words will hurt you? Well those phrases could not be any more wrong. Words do hurt.

In my school bullying has always been a problem as it has in other places. When I'm walking through the halls every day I hear comments relating to peoples weight and how they dress as well as their relationship to other people. The problem is nobody truly knows how the people they're talking about feel or what is happening in their lives. Everyone is entitled to their opinion however they should not say it if it causes someone else any form of pain. I've known people who have been hospitalized due to suicide attempts or eating disorders based upon what other people have been making them believe their whole life.

What you say does matter, so anyone that reads this I have a challenge for you. Each day tell at least one person something nice you never know, by telling someone something nice you might save their life.

I fully understand the words, words do hurt.

All of my life I have been the outcast, weather it be at school, or in my own family.

No one knows what the other person feels, unless taking time out and asking them what's going on.

All I ever wanted was love in my life, for people that really do care.

I know that is not asking to much, but instead of getting that, people enjoyed using their words to hurt me, more then I already been hurt.

Instead of judging me, why do people just try to walk in my shoes and understand what I have been through?

I will be nice to anyone. I give a chance to everyone, you never know who life you might change just by being a caring person for that one person that is ready to end everything, because they can't take anymore pain of the world being mean.
