Her class won their 3rd straight annual BAB competition tonight.

She's been their adviser and coach for... 3 years.

They've taken first place all three years.

Eventually, she's going to have to admit she is at least partially responsible, right?

We finally had a day to somewhat spend the day together and just be a couple. No gigs. No photoshoots. No events, except for a birthday party. We walked around the village, got smoothies, spent time actually being intimate, in many ways.

It was nice.

That should happen again sometime around August when we maybe go on vacation.... but I appreciate the hell out of it happening this weekend.

Next weekend is 3 gigs, and a fundraiser to photograph... fortunately she is at least part of the fundraiser and we'll somewhat get to sleep in on Sunday before we're both off to other events...

Did headshots for a colleague tonight, and discussed my latest project with him.

He's down to do it. Loves the idea. As has everyone I've asked to come on board.

This guy is a kick ass audio engineer and videographer. It's going to be a smashing win to get him on the team.

Off to a dinner banquet for my daughter because she is ridiculously smart, and basically crushed her entire school career to this point.

And, her grandfather and I bought her a car today, so there's that, too....
