~Rose's P.O.V~
I saw him standing at a tombstone laying a black dyed rose on the top of it. It was dark and I couldn't see him very well, the most I could make out of him was a trench coat and his black hair, which had to be down . st his waist line but, he must've heard or seen me before I could get any closer to him.
One moment he was standing a few feet away from me the next thing I know he's only inches away from my face.
"Who are you? What are you doing here alone at this time of night? Shouldn't you be sleeping like the rest of them?" Were the questions that came from his voice.
I looked at this man with a confused look on my face. Why did this guy care about what I'm doing here, who does he think he is? The king of England or something? This a graveyard, it's a public place and I have every right to be here just as he does. I oughta give this guy a piece of my mind. Moving closer to him, I glared at him. "First off buddy, this is a public graveyard. Secondly, I don't see any reason why I should have to answer to you, your not my parents or even my boyfriend and lastly, who is "them" and why should I be sleeping with whoever your talking about." I asked him, nearly shouting out my questions to him.
Shaking his head at my questions, he let out a low laugh. "My dear lady, you have a quick temper." He said to me before he returned to a more serious tone in his voice and in his body posture. "My business here is none of your concern, if I told you what I was doing here, you wouldn't be alive for much longer, I can promise you that." He added to me, as he turned his back on me and started walking away from me.
Rolling my eyes at the guy's words, I did something most people would regret but, like I said earlier, I'm not like most people. Running after this strange guy in the trenchcoat, I let out a couple of heavy breaths before digging in my pockets for my cigarette's and my lighter.
Pulling out a cigarette from the pack, I lit it up then, inhaled the chemicals in it, exhaling a moment later. "Are you a hobo or something?" I asked him a few minutes later, breaking the silence between us.
The guy shook his head again and laughed at my words. "Oh please I'm not a hobo, I'm just a wander of sorts." Looking at my cigarette for a moment, he pulled out his pack and his lighter as well before lighting his cigarette up and inhaling the chemicals in it. "You shouldn't smoke, it'll kill you." He added to me, as we kept walking towards the entrance/exit out of the graveyard together.
Shaking my head at him, I took another drag off the cigarette. "Well, your one to talk, you smoke to. So what difference does it make if I smoke and I smoke?" I asked him.
He just frowned at my words. "Believe me there's a huge difference between you and I and don't ask me to explain it to you either, you wouldn't understand. Your brain wouldn't let you." He said to me.
I let out a snort. "Oh yeah, what's the difference between us? I don't think were so different." I said to him, taking one last big drag off my cigarette before throwing it on the ground.
Shooting another glare at me, the man kept taking drags off his cigarette before he spoke to me. "I'm not going answer that, I all ready told you this, you won't understand, promise me. Your kind is incredibly stupid these days with all their electronics. I've never seen something so small before that people use to call other people on or big, large square things where people put things in their ears to listen to music. It amazes me at everything your kind has today." He said to me.

(Author's Note: my grammar is by no means perfect and I was listening to System from Queen of the Dammed soundtrack. Still to this day I'm not sure what that movie means but, please enjoy. Also I use P.O.V's or Point of Views when I write so forgive me guys, this is a work of fiction and I may get some facts wrong about the vampire way please don't hesitate to correct me.)
~Rose's P.O.V~
I was always an unusual person, I never was like any of my so-called "friends", they would be nice to my face then, they'd turn around and lie about me. Yeah, some friends they are.
Anyways, since my parents don't care about whatever I'm doing, I'm walking around in a graveyard at one in the morning, just visiting with the dead because I can.
And this is where I met him, my future teacher and sire...
