I think that there is a basic energy in everything, and that the energy we use is soul energy ( energy users) This energy can be used in physic type or in everyday talents such as art, dance, music, sports, writing, etc. Psi vamps soul energy depleted quickly and so they take from those who can easily replenish it. While psi camps have this need their whole lives, some temporarily may. For instance an artist may use emotional emery in a painting or a dancer in a dance. People often hear compliments such as they put soul into that or passion. This bieng they used some of their own energy. Psi camps for some reason don't seem to replenish their own and therefore need to "freed " ( I understand some people may disagree with some things stated)
