Ever felt lost and confused, and like everyone is relying on you to help them, and then you feel like you have the weight of the whole world on your shoulders but can't talk to anyone for fear that you will feel like you aren't strong enough anymore or that you will simply break down?



And then you just bottle up everything. You push your own troubles to the back of your mind so that you can help everyone else with thiers.

Next thing you know you are losing way too much sleep and before long you make yourself ill.



Every day people look at you, people judge you and people try to figure you out, nobody knows anybody 100% but that doesnt mean that a person isn't 100% themselves. For example there is always something you can't talk about with one person but you can talk about it with another. Some people will deny this even to themselves but think about it very carefully...

there is always at least one thing that you have held back from a person, even if it isn't anything important.



A person can hide pain with a simple smile, only a few people will see through this and notice something is wrong.



A person can be quick to judge another, maybe someone doesn't like another person because they are too quiet or perhaps quite the opposite, but maybe this person has been through a lot of crap in thier own lifes and is now taking on other peoples crap and this is how they hide it.



Ever felt like any of this?



Because despite the fact that a person can protest and say they don't want to talk about it they are screaming on the inside to be heard. And a lot of the time people don't give in and talk but the feeling is always still there.



It's always nice to know that there is someone there ready to listen, someone who cares...a friend.



Remember a friend isn't just there to talk they are there to listen too.
