sleep doesn't come easy

neither does

staying awake



lakers game is on

television



i look outside...

a huge sky rise

is next to my room



i can see treasure island

and the rio

from this room



its small



soon the sun sets

and the nightlife

comes out to play



mother says i may not join

in these activities

i suppose i will obey



the City of Angels

is next on the list



maybe something

interesting will

happen....
