So because I know something you don't and dare use science to help prove or disprove something paranormal I'm a "liar"? You're the one saying science is wrong/faulty because eyes give off light.
Hey, chick, EVERY life form gives off light.
Geez sometimes you people astound me with the depth of your ignorance.
I just added a few more pictures to my portfolio and additional descriptions for others. Take a look.
You know what sucks? Seeing two friends on here fighting each other, being bitchy, smearing, and so forth. I don't care who's right or wrong, I just hate seeing it.
I still care about the both of you and hope things work themselves out soon.
Btw, message me some time ladies! Just not about the fight lol.

;)
Yes it does suck.
Indeed it really does :/
I'm in Journal purgatory. The number of ppl who have it on their favs list stays between 137-139. Add me people!
Yikes, I hit 93.93 days spent on here. I have literally spent over 3 months of my life on this site.
On one hand it's fine because I've had a lot of enjoyment from VR, met lots of cool people etc but on the other it's a little insane. To spend so much time in a virtual world.
Some more idiots from the Rave...
divineangel69: enjoy calling my gf Babe
Me: ok?
divineangel69: don't act stupid with me
I tried replying but he blocked me. I have no idea what this idiot is moaning on about or who.
For your information, I call everyone babe, hun, sweetie, etc and I will continue to call anyone whatever I want unless they specifically ask me to stop.
Go cut yourself to "feel the pain" already.

LOL that's funny. :P
What's more funny is I've found out who he is and who his "gf" is. She's my cousin and she's been married to the same guy for years. A real guy, not some online limped dick wannabe.
omg that's epic....Professor X...stop calling your cousin babe!!! I mean sheesh. People are gonna get the wrong idea about you *dies giggling*
AWW,is someone acting the fool ,babe?
I guess he'll just have to get over it darlin' , hehehehe
VR Message Center Problems??
You may notice that in your Message Center only the "Compose New Message" button works. If so it's your browser. IE seems to be the only one that has the issue.
In other browsers the other buttons still work.
It would be nice if VR became a little more IE compatible since IE is used by 55% (sorry I gave you the wrong % Cancer) of global users. Chrome is only ~13% for example.
Plus I have a personal bias against other browsers and see no reason to be forced to switch when the 2nd most used browser is under 25%. But I could be on the losing side who knows.

Chrome is incompatible with 2 of our three systems, one of which is deteriorating by the minute. My Apple is now operating on Camino because it's age and our inability to upgrade have rendered all other browsers incapable of support.
Is this what it feels like to be a senior citizen?
Interesting facts:
There may be around 30,000 habitable planets within 1,000ly from Earth.
500 million in the Milky Way
And if the other galaxies are similar to ours then there could be 1 sextillion habitable planets within the known universe. That's 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets which could have life.
This is based on current Kepler spacecraft measurements which has found an additional 1,200-2,000 exoplanet candidates to go along with the nearly 800 planets found within our galaxy.

I wonder how many DO contain life (as we are able to understand it) and cognizant life, at that. :)
My question is do those estimates include moons?
Within our own Solar System, there may be moons with basic life forms already existing on them.
We might never see it Xzavier, at least not in our lifetime, but I would put money on it that some day we will discover that life in the Universe is not as rare a thing as we grew up being told it is.
We know so little...
No it doesn't include moons. It's incredibly difficult to detect moons right now unless they're fairly large but we have found some in general.
When you add moons into the mix I would suggest that the number of habitable worlds then go up a further 10-15%. Even in our solar system there could be as many as 3 moons capable of having some kinda of life even if it's just microbes...which most life will be anyway.
But, even with numbers like a sextillion you have to factor in the plausibility of evolution, the ability of life developing into technologically able life, the possibilities of that life surviving major disasters and then the situation facing advanced life forms..to survive or to blow themselves up. Not to mention that those civilizations must be within 1 million years of our own (out of the 14 billion year history of the universe) otherwise we'd end up finding a lot extinct civilizations or ones who have left their home worlds to go live in some higher dimension.
Taking all of that into account intelligent life may still be very rare.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm a "thread killer". It seems that nearly every time I post in a thread it either dies or takes days before anyone else will post in it.
I've even stopped creating my own threads because no one ever replies in them. I've talked about cocaine mummies, future elements etc and there are either no posts or just a couple before it ends up 5 pages deep behind other threads and then vanishes forever.
Seems a bit odd. I don't get it.
As we reach out ever further to the edge of the universe and discover more and more about the cosmos sometimes we may have to be content with loving the question itself.
Usually gay movies suck, especially the indie ones. But "Shank" was actually pretty good. The story it tells I felt was definitely worth any other failings it might have.
Just got back from Cancer's journal. I miss the regular entries, been like half a year since the last one.
Stop being so busy and entertain me!
Btw, readers don't forget to check this out, it's so fun:

I just realized as much stuff as I talk about on here there are so many things I refuse to discuss. What's ironic is you'd think on a site like this the things I don't talk about would be exactly what you would expect me to discuss.
Have you ever *really* looked at your browsing history? It shows some weird things.
For example:
On 1/27 I spent 35 minutes on and viewed 276 pages. Then on 1/26 I spent over 4 hours and viewed less than 180 pgs. While on 1/23 I spent 7 hours with less than 300pgs, on 1/20 I had 4hrs with 700+ pages.
Go figure.

I cringe when I see my online time at over an hour!

Wow! For the first time since 2009 someone has gotten my "You Fail" forum stamp.
After starting 5 threads in one day, all one-liners with little sense, kingdemon gets the stamp.
To see the stamp and who all have gotten it & why please check out my profile. You can't miss it.
