England has had a monarch since 774 AD and there has been an unbroken line for the past 1,237 years (with the exception of the "Commonwealth" period 1649-59). In all of that time there have only been 6 Sovereign Queens out of around 67 Sovereigns (monarchs).
They were,
Mary I: 1553-58
Elizabeth I: 1558-1603
Mary II: 1689-94
Anne: 1702-14
Victoria: 1837-1901
Elizabeth II: 1952-present
Attn: All Star Trek & Star Wars people!
We have a new threat to the galaxy, Twilight.
Our bringer of "Star Peace" George Takei has issued a truce in order for us to combat this really, really, bad franchise.
F*ck you Twilight!
(go team Jacob)
Cool human DNA facts.
1. The human genome contains roughly 3 billion bases pairs, the single largest strand being Chrom. 1 with 220 million base pairs.
2. In each cell there are around 150,000 base pairs with some form of oxidative damage.
3. Only 1.5% of the genome is used to encode protein.
4. Some 50% of DNA consists of repetitive sequences that aren't used in coding of anything.
5. About 42% of DNA came from viruses.
6. Our genome contains 3.2 billion individual A,T,G,C molecules. (per cell)
Other random genetic facts:
1.The "adders tongue" fern has over 1,200 chromosomes. A human only has 46.
2. The polychaos dubium amoeboid has 670 billion base pairs of DNA.

The problem is woman couldn't automatically take succession if they had a brother. Odd, it has taken until 2011 for that to change and equality for male and female royal siblings.
