why are we inflitced with



such a wonderful thing called insomnia.............



my gp mentioned, a LONG time ago



well, there are over 5 million sufferers in the uk alone

my answer.



"sorry but i dont want to be 5 million and 1 sufferer"



I do NOT and CANNOT function without my ration of at least 12 hrs a day........but.....like many of the ( uk only here)5 MILLION i mentioned....



am a selfish person for wasting my gps time...the tax payers ( including msyelf of course) although i dont work....as such....any longer.



i DO actually pay for my 4 items a week prescrpition......



BUT...i have an occupational pension ( income)



I know you all know this but of course....the word"pension"...well it does kind of spring to mind...

(in uk) someone over the age of ..i think it is 65 now.......well, i arent 65 yet....



so....the insomnia thing.....



I take prescription drugs for this ( no problem) till the gp decides that all my worries are down to 1 or 2 MINOR problems.....



to this, i say......well, bearing in mind i DID work in the nhs for numerous years......



"hang on a second dr bloody feelgood.....



maybe your *sleepless* nights are to worry about your next payment of your mortgage this monthof .. ( hyperthetically speaking) £250.00

well, my worries go a LOT further than that...prob always will do.....



now shut t.f up lyz



because i am kinda sounding selfish..

I arent.....but i really do wish doctors... not the text book doctors that i seem to see) ( i dont go to the quacks that often anyway)

wpuld try at least to understand that a warm glass of milk and a breeze from the window being open is going to take away insomnia because it aint.....( i cant have the window open anyway as myfear of spiders getting in is too great)

maybe understand that insomniacs arent after a quick hit of drugs or anything else available on the "NHS"...HA....lovely words i dont think.



we really just want to sleep anyone who has taken the time to read my ramble today...thanyou :)
