I write this in response to a closed poll.



Do I believe in God and the Devil?

The answer to that my friends is a matter of opinions. Am I to believe in the God of christian beliefs? If so, then my answer would have to be no. I cannot believe that any entity possesses ultimate good or evil. If we were truely created in the image of God, then our opinions are part of that image. For any entity to say that they possess ultimate good or evil is to force their opinions on others. Either believe what I believe, or you are evil. Is it good or evil to condemn another for thier beliefs? Is it good or evil to command "Thou shalt not kill" and then wipe out an entire city just because they do not follow the same idea of good and evil?

Cherish this moment, for this moment is all there is. Whether you spend it dwelling in the past, looking towards the future, or embracing the present, it is the only moment you have. We live our lives thinking, feeling, working, and dreaming. In the end it all comes down to this one moment. What you did yesterday is just a memory to add to this moment. What you will do tomorrow is just a plan at this moment. This is the only moment you can actually live. Spend it wisely....

I must say, I wasn't expecting such a response to my profile, then again I didn't know what to expect. I am my own worst critic. I didn't write my profile to please anyone or to achieve a rating. I wrote it because that is how I was feeling at the time. I am pleased, however, with some of the comments. I trust that my stay here will be a plesent one judging by the few days I have been here. I will be visiting each of you in time to thank you personally, but for now I thank everyone at once.

Hey it worked in the Bible, why not here. My aim here will be to give those interested a deeper insight into who I am. My hopes. My desires. My rantings. An attempt to calm the choas that is my mind. Or perhaps an attempt to make order of the chaos in this world. but mostly just a venue to express the feelings bottled up within my soul.



In no way am I out to change anyone's mind on any subject. If I am able to reinforce your thoughts that is great. If you think my ramblings are full of sh** then that is fine as well. Everyone is entitled to thier own thoughts and feelings. I will be the last to tell you that my opinion is more right than yours.
