The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

This is been a nice, quiet, peaceful weekend. I've done work stuff, helped both children with school projects, watched some great movies, and tried out a few new recipes too.



It's nice just to have a nice weekend at home without all the errands and hustle and bustle of going out in the masses.

This past Saturday my daughter had to try out for the state choir. She was so disappointed when tryouts were over because she thought that she had done badly. I kept reassuring her that she did fine. I think its inherent that people always feel things didnt go well. Welllll, I came home from work today to find out that she actually made the choir. She was so excited. Her only complaint now is that she has to wait until January to start rehersals. It's going to make for some long days once rehersals start because they go from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. However, I think it's wonderful and Im so proud of her for making it. It's a great accomplishment!
