My daugthers and I have started a movie night together about once a week. Last week we went to see The Tooth Fairy. It was an hilarious movie. I loved it. This week, we bought about 4 scary movies. I so wasnt impressed with most of them. Vampire Assassin...thumbs down horrible. I did buy Pandorum but havent watched it yet. Im sure it will be great and enjoyed by all.

I woke up this morning knowing I had a lot that needed to be done. Did I do much of it? Nope!! Today was a nice, peaceful, lazy day of computer time, wii time with the kids, and movies on TV. I enjoyed it tremendously. I know that it only means I have twice as much to do tomorrow since Im off work but ....its all good. Everyone needs a good day of doing nothing every now and then and today was mine.

Wooooooooooo Hoooooo....I FINALLY made it to a level 20 and into a coven. I love the Coven of the Curious. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. I can't see me going anywhere else. Now I just have to keep leveling up and working. It's going to be great fun being with them.

I had the day off from work yesterday due to the weather but did I stay home where it was nice and warm? NOOOOOOOOOOOO lol...I had to get out the house. I didnt have anything important to do, nothing that couldnt wait. But I had to go out and now Im sick as a dog. I didnt sleep much last night from the sinus pressure, I can barely breathe, and my entire body hurts. What in the world was I thinking? Ive spent all day in bed taking medicine for fever and aches and pains. Gawd I hate this!! Nothing is more miserable than having a sinus infection and having to drink nasty orange juice. Its the most vile drink ever I think. lol

It's funny living in the south. There was only a threat of icy weather or sleet today forecasted but it was enough for them to shut down all the schools in 4 parishes. People in the south can't drive on a good day so OMGOSH please don't think about asking people in sleet or maybe ice. I mean im not complaining cause i get the day off lol...but it really is funny. Up north it would just be another day. Oh well...it is what it is.

Yep.. got about 4 inches over night here in Buffalo. Another 6-12 predicted over the next 48 hours.



Nothing is closed or cancelled. It's just another day.

It's actually tied in to the southern states budgets, since snowfall of much accumulation is so rare it doesn't make sense to waste tax dollars on salt and snow clearing equipment for the highways that mostly will sit and rust. So we just stay home and enjoy the rare sight of a white yard instead of green. :)

I have been in the southern states for almost 30 years now and the first day out of school was the funniest of all. A little bit of icy stuff fell and they are calling parents to come and get their children. Heck people down here get wreckless when its raining snow and sleet is a whole other ball game lol

Why is it that some men won't talk? If there is one thing that makes me the maddest its finding out something from a third person. Especially when it effects you either directly or indirectly. Do you have ANY idea how annoying it is to find out things second hand?!! It makes me want to scream at the top of my lungs. Oh, and then when they are asked about it...its like...well i didnt have time yet to tell you or..its not that big a deal really. Its like...do they really consider anyone else when they do this? It sure doesnt feel like it sometimes. Imagine if a bunch of women went up to you..a man...and started telling you all kinds of things about someone you were with. But then again, maybe men are different like that...maybe it doesnt bother them. All i know is this....it truly annoys the total hell outta me!!



Thats my rant for the day. Who knows...it might just be me that feels this way.

Man, it is FREEZING!! I used to absolutely LOVE cold weather but it seems those days are gone now. It's supposed to be in the teens by this Friday. They are talking about closing schools because it might sleet or snow. LOL...people in the south dont have a clue about driving in sleet or snow! I just want to stay bundled up in bed hibernating till winter is over. At least i work inside all day. I can only imagine how cold those must feel that are outside for a vast majority of their day.

Its still my first 24 hours in Vampire Rave. Ive spent hours looking at links, profiles, portfolios, and such. I love this site so far. Ive read and seen and made some great friends. I also now have a mentor and protection stamps. I look forward to all that is to come in the future.

I just joined this site tonight. I like what ive seen of it so far. It's a lot to take in all at one sitting so Im sure ill be back on several times to see exactly how everything works. A friend of mine, Zazz, referred me. Hes awesome! Anyway, i look forward to meeting new people.
