For some who don't know I love to cook.. Doesn't matter what.. If it's flesh I'll char it bake, broil, boil, or bbq... It don't matter soon enough it will be on a plate... Seafood.. Grew up on the west coast Dungeoness crab,razor clams, salmon, sturgen, or oysters just to name a few.. Cow or pig... How ya want it... Smoked brisket or pork shoulder, grilled steak or pork chop... I can do it... And be happy doing so..
