I have to say the last article I wrote here may have come across as frustrating to some of you readers. I realized that instead of writing about people who can't support their fellow human beings, and act as if they care but can't or won't care for one another.
I too find this to be a shock. My whole life I was conditioned to think that this was the correct way.
Only to grow up and find out that the myth is the truth and truth is only a hint of the myth. We live in a state of constant change. So I feel for those people who can't stand change, To me they have it the hardest as they probably feel the most agony daily as they go through life daily. Change lurking around every corner and devouring everyone in its path a sea of karma for all to participate willing or not.
This is where I have changed since the last time I posted here on VR. I find it hard to think that people are incapable of empathy for Others, some people mean it and for others, it's their nature to fake it like they mean it to just fit into society, but the real prize is not in that you receive a gift, but plant a seed for Others to receive the gift and plant a seed for someone else.
This is the true jewel of the spirit of giving in so many languages.
Happy holidays to all and have a grim Christ *New Year's Eve!

Since I have been here, in the Bay Area. This is a place in its history and beauty of hundreds of years of Victorian culture and marvels of wine country and operas, reduced down to sewer and junkies who rob and steal from people who do not have a pillow to lay their heads or pot to clean or make soup. It's been a year and so many people live here not just the ones less fortunate, but also the ones well-off also have done their fair share of Bullying.
It's funny how you can tell the people who didn't have anything, the fact that they claimed to be homeless once upon a time. Now
their helping the homeless still does not stop the menacing nature they spread to others who they used to be. Followed by a police force that has its agenda in lurking around and harassing people who can barely stand up alone, otherwise operate on their own. It is truly a sad time. Mental illness has no cure here in San Francisco and the people sent to help them, are sometimes just as ill as the people they claim to help, they just hide it better than most others.
My eyes were open as I walked through this city in excitement and wondered about where I would eat next and who would I meet and become friends with next time I came here. People only barter and beg and others who have lives run through this city at a pace, to where you can't even ask for the time of the day. It's still a place I love to be in San Francisco, but I have learned a lot about people from all walks of life here. It still does not steer me away from this path, If I passed Vegas, then San Francisco should not be that hard.
I think people only want to give the illusion that they care to look well amongst others to keep up appearances, but behind closed doors they mock and hate the same people they claimed to wanna help.
