Tom's Family Mart is located in Kings Mountain, NC.
My former husband and I used to live in a trailer behind the store, and this was before my youngest son was born.
My oldest son was a toddler back then.
1) Whenever I rocked my son, sometimes his toys would play by themselves. I took it as a "Hello." It didn't feel threatening.
The ironic thing about this place, is that my neighbor across the street, his name is David, and he is a musician.
Apparently, the Owner of Tom's Family Mart can play the Mandolin and plays in David's band called Harvest.
They played on the radio as well.
My ex-husband and I, after having our 3 kids, we moved into his father's old place on Rollingbrook which is in Kings Mountain, NC.
I was in my mid-20s when we stayed in this place, and a LOT of things happened there.
1- I was lying in bed with my youngest newborn son. I heard a terrifying scream that woke me out of sleep. I ran fast as I could through the place, and into where my other 2 kids were sleeping, but they were also sleeping. No clue where the scream came from.
2- I was dreaming, but then I was kissing someone. I thought it was my husband, but once I woke up from it, no one was there.
3- I heard 2 big dogs growling and they slammed into the place while I was talking to a friend online. Freaked me out.
4- I had cooked dinner, but whenever I have leftovers, I usually toss the rest out in the field for other animals, but one night as I was about to head into the field, I saw a thick large shadow thing. I couldn't even see through it. My brain said, "Nope" and went back into the house.
5- There were nights when the crazy family of kids would get together and play hide-n-seek in the woods. It made finding people a lot harder which was the challenge. Well, I was standing in the yard with my ex-husband's stepsister, and I just happened to see a shadow person moving fast in the woods. I knew it wasn't an actual person. I told her that I wasn't going into those woods.
6- Later on, this year actually, I was told about a murder that happened next door to our place by a co-worker who I found, that used to live on the same road. We never knew about that.
7- Whenever my ex-husband's grandmother passed away from a heart attack on her back porch/deck, I was told that a black dog had found her there and ran down the road to where her son lived, which was also next door to us. His aunt was wondering why the dog was acting funny and figured it needed her attention. So, she followed the dog right to the body of his grandma.
During my stay at this place, this is where I learned how to heal, and my first attempt was on my ex-husband's father's dog, Coco. Coco had a hurt leg and he sat next to me on the couch. I put my hand over his hurt leg and proceeded to think about a green aura moving up my feet, through my legs, into my torso and down my arms, into my hands, and projecting it into the dog. Even though my ex and his dad were talking in the kitchen, they had no idea what I was doing. After about a good 5 to 10 mins, Coco got up and took a few steps and then he was walking normal again.

Everything is great in the Kings mnt/ Gaston county area.
Charlotte isn't too bad either.
