i finally paid my phone bill today. I called that cps worker, we had a chat. ( for legal reasons i cant disclose what about, not yet anyways ). 49 min later i hung up half smiling. i slept on the other side of my bed a little bit ago , weird i know, but i prefer one side over the other. well, i slept WAY better for some weird reason on the other side. UGH!...but i dont like that side! so wtf bed?

side note: I see a lot of " vr drama " as people claim it to be. Nah, it has nothing to do with vr. it's just people being petty, childish, and just cant grow up and can't ignore things. No one wants to be the bigger person and thats what tears them down is trying to be the one to look better after all is said and done.



but, ya know what, a polished turd is still shit.

Went to court, and it was a mess. naturally we got a female mediator, considering it's a mother state. so i already started at a disadvantage. then, i guess she came like an hour early cause they had her locked in a room by herself, so she had already talked with the girl and given them a sob story of how shes oh so scared of me. she started fake cry, but then got really cheerful and started making faces and sticking her tongue out when she started to get her way. naturally the court lady just laughed. Long story short she played victim, and at the end she had to refile cause she did it wrong.

I ended up reaching out to cps for some abuse i know she did in the last few weeks, but im sure it'll go no were. she knows i called already so they contacted her. The reason i waited was because an officer told me to wait for court, then the court told me to contact cps. so i contacted a worker i knew and gave them all of the info. I know it sounds petty, but im worried about the child, even if hes not mine.

after court, she starts blowing up my phone with calls, texts, the works. This right after saying she was scared to even talk to me. she tried getting me to go to her sisters, to go out to eat with her, she even tried to come over. yet, she told the court she was scared to be by me? nah, she just knows how to play victim.

so, all in all, it was a craptastic experience.

So, I need to start writing more. That's totally a given now. I used to write all the time, and i felt pretty good about myself. Last few years I've let my depression take over and i just can't do that anymore. I mean, i need to become a better person right? My memory is pretty hit or miss sense my ex-wife and all of her abuse. both mentally and physically. so if we were friends, you may know me by toxickitten, feel free to drop a message and i'll reply!

I'm away from that abusive ridden relationship but i still have to deal with her for our kid. We have court tomorrow for a temp custody because she wants full with no parental time because she knows it hurts me not to see him. shes pissed because i wont be back with her, and i cant be. so she knows this is the only way to punish me, and it's just sick. My anxiety is through the roof, and honestly I'm scared. I've done nothing wrong, it's just she likes to lie, so much. so I'm afraid they'll believe me over her.

i'll do an entry after court today. to update yall about it.

I hope all goes well with you, at court, today. It is a sad thing when a person uses a child like that. It invariably hurts the child, as well.
