This wonderful example of idiocy messaged me after I replied to a thread asking for help on Grand Theft Auto. San Andreas, I think.

He had claimed that the multitude of gaming sites out there weren't able to help him.

Considering I have yet to find an even moderately popular game that didn't have at least a half a dozen extremely detailed walkthroughs written so you didn't have to use one single little brain cell to manuever your way through even the most challenging logical puzzles, I pretty much told him if he couldn't find his help on one of those, he probably shouldn't even bother playing.

Now, I smelled the bullshit on that one a mile away. I'm talking... I logged onto VR, saw I had a new message, and before I even hit the link to go to my message center, I was thinking, "What the hell is that awful stench.... why... it smells like huge steaming piles of fresh bullshit laying out under a hot summer sun....

But.... when I replied to his message with a touch of logic, lo and behold, he has me blocked.

I'm guessing he's aware that he's full of shit, and was afraid to give someone a chance to prove it.

But, I felt like being persistent, and putting the little fucktard in his place. So I grabbed his email address from his profile, and sent my reply there. Here it is. I'll update if he even bothers to reply before slinking away in defeat with the controller he has shoved up his ass in simulation of a tail tucked between his legs.

Considering the massive number of games that have been released only in Japan.

Not to mention other releases that have remained available only in other countries.

There are over 20,000 video game titles that have been released to date for console systems alone. Taking the modest average of 8 hours of gameplay per game, which in reality is probably much higher, it still would equate to over 18 years of non-stop gameplay. Then if you figure in an average of 6 hours of sleep a night over 26 years, it adds up to over 8 hours.

So are you going to continue to attempt to bullshit me that you've played and beaten every game out there, when at the most modest estimates, would require you to have been doing absolutely nothing but sleeping and playing video games since the day you were born?

You're a typical video game elitist wannabe that thinks he knows far, far more then he ever really will.

I'd be surprised if you could even tell me the name of the first console system released.

That's what I heart outside my window at around 7 this morning, and looked up to see that the power was out. The boom woke me up, which goes to show how loud it was. I've slept through a herd of cattle wandering into our front yard before.

The power company showed up, reset the breaker on the line, and the problem was found.

So we had a decent sized little family gathering at our house this evening, for my aunt's birthday.

20lbs of country style pork ribs. For anyone with difficulty visualizing amounts.... That's a lotta fuckin meat.

Being as my father tends to make BBQ ribs by letting the ribs get a good long look at the BBQ sauce and not much more, I asked him if I could fix one of the four packages, so I could do them right, IE, slathered in gooey drippy BBQ sauce numminess.

Instead of fixing some of them, he put me in charge of fixing all 20lbs. Hell yeah. I like to cook, I considered going to culinary school for awhile. Grilling is even better.

But, there were a few problems.

20lbs is a hell of a lot of meat.

We were going on a fairly strict timeframe, because my aunt had to work tonight

We only have one grill, that isn't all that large.

It's a propane grill

Propane grills are fine for hamburgers and hotdogs, and acceptable for steak.

But for BBQ.... Definatley not. They're generally way too hot, make it difficult to cook with anything but direct heat, and in order to get that nummy smoked hardwood flavor that is essential to good BBQ, you have to rig something up to smoke wood chips that is contained and controlled.

I also didn't want to have to do more then one batch, due to time constraints. So I rigged up a method of getting some smoke, with oak. Less commonly used than hickory or mesquite, but has a good flavor, more or less between the two in strength. I would have preferred apple or some type of citrus, but I had oak handy.

Soaked the wood chips in water for an hour or so, while I partially pre-cooked the ribs in a 250 degree oven, covered in water. Wrapped the wood chips in aluminum foil, poked small holes all over the package, and sat it on top of the ceramic brickettes in the grill, then fired it up and set it to about the lowest heat setting possible.

Once heated, I put on the ribs. The grill has 3 different racks, stacked over top one another when closed. So I tried to compensate for not being able to slow smoke the ribs with indirect heat by rotating them from the bottom, middle, and top racks, turning them, and repeatedly slathering with with fresh coats of BBQ sauce.

I think it would have worked fairly well, had it not been for the quantity of ribs I was dealing with. I couldn't keep them turned and rotated fast enough to keep some of them from burning slightly on one side or the other. So a few ended up with a bit of a crispy side. Other then that, they didn't turn out too bad. Everyone else spoke more highly of them, but in my judgement, they were good, but not great. Maybe I'm overly critical of my work, or maybe people were being polite, or maybe both.

All in all, it was a good day though.

On a side note, our "next door" neighbors, who live about a quarter of a mile down the road, stopped by after being previously invited by my mother while buying plants from her greenhouse.

They have lived there for 33 years, we have lived here for 15 years, and this is the first time I've met them. Yet, we all ended up talking until well after everyone else left, came in for coffee, and ended up sitting around talking until about 1am.

Very nice people, and interesting as well.

As Daire pointed out in his journal.... He and I, with the help of LoneFoxAndCub, Sabastion, HiddenFyre, Hellsphreak, and later on, Batchyld took over a thread in the Sandbox for all kinds of fun debauchery. Well, fun for everyone except Raziel.

I think he's just bitter because he has a tiny pee-pee so the girls he's with can't feel anything, and that's why they just lay there.

Poor Raziel and his tiny pee-pee.

I pity him, I really do.

But anyway, since the thread has been RIA'd after people stopped getting along, I thought I'd post it in it's entirety for preservation here.

Who would have thought that fucking masturbation-addicted nuns and their tight pussies, creating 10 gallon jars of jizz of combined members to give away as prizes on VR with bendy-straws, and the jizz fairy would cause such unrest with some people.

It really makes no sense to me. How could anyone be offended by this conversation?

Just a bit of post- April Fools idiocy to share.

This all started after lownignitus posted in my April Fool's thread a comment that said a bill that would force VR to close because of the topics of vampirism, satanism, paganism, etc would be inviolation of the 2nd Amendment.

One of those things that make you say, "Huh?" right? Well, it gets better. I've even re-arranged the messages to make them easier to read, none of the bottom-to-top difficulties posted by just copy/pasting messages.

Now, this would have all been bad enough on its own. But, I'm afraid to say, it gets worse. I proceeded to delete some posts from the thread, the ones where people actually made mention of the thread being an april fools day joke. I wanted people to either click the link in the thread for the additional important information as I instructed, or for them to just whine about how horrible it was that VR was getting shut down. Guess who one or two of those posts belonged to? He proceeded to start whining in the thread about the posts getting deleted, so I thought I'd be nice and explain why.

And one final note, as everything else speaks entirely for itself.... in a total of 383 words that he typed during that conversation, he made a total of 123 spelling and grammer mistakes. That is an error rate of 32% at an average of 4 letters per word. That, my friends, is absolutely pathetic. I can type better than that using only my nose. I've done it before. There's an old forum thread about it as well.
