Dwindling Concentration

I'm falling into that trap again...the one where I do about 15 minutes of work a day and spend the rest of my time scouring websites searching for the unknown. Nothing seems to quench my thirst. I lose self control and then begin to become increasingly frustrated with myself. I lose interest in the things around me and neglect the things I hold onto dearly. I even abandon projects that I've spent countless moments researching, creating but never completing. Does anyone else have similar problems?
Today I feel worse and the negative energy is manifesting into a pain in my stomach and leaving me an awful taste in my mouth. All the while my head is going to explode if I do not tell the story that is unraveling in my thoughts and dreams. The lights are off, candles lit, music on but my fingers refuse to listen. Then my thoughts wander and before I know it, I've stumble across a time wasting site or game.
Am I slowly losing touch with reality?
